This is a story of a Christmas past…
I’m not exactly sure what year this was, I’m thinking it was around 1985/86 and my family was living in Bethel Park, just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It was Christmas Eve and we were going to the evening mass at our church, which was minutes from the house. Gathered to go to church were my mom and dad, my brother Bill(9), sister Beth(4) and me (I was around 11 or 12 years old at the time). We packed ourselves into the light blue family station wagon, got to the church early to get a good parking space, and more importantly seats. Continue reading

The legend of the Three Wolf Moon shirt continues to grow with each passing moon. It all began on the Amazon.com site about a year ago with user’s making comments about the mythical power of the T-shirt. Powered by the positive and humorous reviews, the shirt eventually made its way to the top of the Amazon’s best seller list. On last nights episode of The Office the shirt officially became a Pop Culture legend when worn by Dwight Schrute.
What has me fascinated by the shirt is that my brother Bill is also know to be a fan of the howlin’ wolf. When he was a youngster he thought that the coolest thing that he could get tattooed on his right bicep would be this forest dwelling animal. If what I read in the Amazon reviews has any truth to it, I have to believe that with the addition of Bill’s fourth wolf, the power that would be generated from this awesomeness would make Bill, my brother, more powerful than Chuck Norris, with the ability to stop time, fly and shoot lightning bolts out of his fingers.
