Whoaaaaaahhh Duuuuude!!

August 6, 2009 | Randy Senneway

photoTuesday night I was at the Miami stop of the 2009 Green Day tour. Sitting in the upper ring of the American Airlines Arena I had the luck to sit next to these hippy fossils. Other than their dated wardrobe, there wasn’t anything wrong with them, they just seemed very out of place at this show. Let me say this one thing about them, the one dude knew his Green Day songs. He would be singing to the slower ballads… and HE COULD SING. It was as if I was in the clouds with a angel singing, rather than the upper deck of the arena. This was was a highlight to a very good show.
